How is Content Hub different?

Content Hub isn’t just a new name for CMS Hub. HubSpot developed Content Hub to be an all-in-one, content marketing software to help marketers create and manage content that guides the entire customer journey to streamline your marketing strategy and enhance your digital presence.

If you're already familiar with using CMS Hub for content management, you'll be happy to know that Content Hub still offers features like headless content blocks, memberships, multi-sites, video management and more. You can still build your website in HubSpot using Content Hub. 

The real excitement lies in content creation with Content Hub, as it comes packed with more than half a dozen advanced, AI-powered features straight out of the box.

Additionally, Content Hub will now serve as the central hub for landing pages and blogs. But fear not! Existing HubSpot users on Marketing Hub can continue creating landing pages and blogs as usual. You just won't have access to the new AI-powered features unless you upgrade or add Content Hub.

What if I have CMS Hub already?

Content Hub not only allows you to create websites but also simplifies the process of creating various types of content while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

The major change is that forms, landing pages, CTAs and blogs will now be integrated into Content Hub. The addition of new AI features will enhance content creation for marketers, making it easier and more efficient.

Existing CMS Hub users can continue using their current subscription and all website functionalities. If you're intrigued by the features we've discussed, this could be the perfect time to consider an upgrade.

What if I have Marketing Hub already?

If you're currently using Marketing Hub, there's no need to make any changes. You can continue with your existing subscription and enjoy creating landing pages, forms, blogs and more. However, if you're interested in accessing the new features introduced by HubSpot, consider adding Content Hub.

You should consider a new bundle called Marketing+, which combines the features of Marketing Hub with Content Hub, giving you access to all the functionalities of Marketing Hub (such as emails, automation and social media) along with the exciting new features of Content Hub specifically tailored for landing pages, blogs and more.

Brand Voice

Content Hub's new Brand Voice feature ensures every piece of content you produce is steeped in the innovative, helpful or down-to-earth characteristics your brand embodies. Whether your tone is informative and friendly, or professional and witty, you can craft messages that are consistently engaging for a brand experience that captivates your audience.

  • Go to settings > Account Defaults > Branding > My Brand Kit
  • Click on the tab Brand Voice
  • Find a good, quality piece of copy and add it to that section, indicating in the next drop-down what kind of sample it is
  • Then tell HubSpot a little about your target audience.
  • Click Analyze
HubSpot will return some personality and tone characteristics that you can keep or remove, and if you want more you can add a brand mission and/or channel settings to make it more useful in your portal.

Blog Generation
